Climbr provides AI-powered SEO content generation and optimization services. Our AI agents create, publish, and optimize content on your connected CMS platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, ensuring you have rights to the connected CMS and domain, and all activity under your account.

3. Content Ownership

Content generated by Climbr and published to your CMS is yours. You retain full ownership of all published content, even after cancellation. We retain no rights to content published on your behalf.

4. AI-Generated Content

Content is generated by AI and published automatically. While we implement quality checks, we do not guarantee that all content will be factually accurate. You are responsible for reviewing published content on your site.

5. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Climbr is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to: lost revenue, search ranking changes, or CMS data loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the service for prohibited purposes (spam, malware distribution, etc.).
