1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: account details (name, email), CMS credentials (encrypted at rest), Google Search Console data (with your authorization), and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store card numbers).
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: operate the Climbr platform and AI agents, publish content to your CMS on your behalf, provide analytics and optimization recommendations, process payments, and communicate service updates.
3. Data Storage & Security
Data is stored in US-based infrastructure (Railway). CMS credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We follow industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections, access controls, and regular security reviews.
4. Third-Party Services
We use: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (AI content generation), Google Search Console API (analytics). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data they process.
5. Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained while subscription is active. Cancelled accounts: data retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Content published to your CMS remains on your CMS regardless of subscription status.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@climbr.dev.
